1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lunkwill ("the Service"), operated by Lunkwill AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lunkwill is an AI-powered workspace platform that enables teams to assign tasks to AI agents, manage workflows, and collaborate. The Service is currently in private beta and may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. Access during the private beta is by invitation only.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your access with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use AI agents to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may process your data as necessary to provide the Service, including sending instructions to AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic) on your behalf.

7. AI-Generated Output

Output generated by AI agents is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking responsibility for any AI-generated content or actions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI output for any purpose.

8. API Keys and Billing

You may provide your own API keys to connect to third-party AI services. You are responsible for any costs incurred through those services. We are not liable for charges from third-party providers.

9. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. During the beta period, features may be added, changed, or removed frequently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunkwill AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
